FONTENAY MANAGERS is a team of experienced senior executives specialized in the assistance to medium size companies.
At top management’s request or at shareholders' request, we are taking charge of the management of the company temporarily. We can also support the managers in place sometimes in emergency cases, or train the managers or start-up companies in times of high growth.
The duration of missions varies according to the needs :
- a few days for a flash analysis to help the company identify the key issues and highlight some main lines of solutions,
- a few weeks for an in-depth operational analysis with an action plan and figures,
- a few months to carry out the action plan once defined and validated with the key stakeholders.
