As it is usual each year, the partners and senior executive of FONTENAY MANAGERS gathered in October to improve their practices of transition management. Two main themes were explored:

• The use of accounting during the mission :
  • • Main principles of the action plan.
    • How to prepare an action plan in a company that does not have an efficient accounting function.
    • Formulation of an action plan and a projected budget.
    • Synthetic indicators of management and follow-up technics.

• The use of accounting during the mission :
  • • Risks of insolvency situations.
    • Reducing the negative impact for investors.
    • Active control of the risks for the representative of the company.

All these items have been dealt within working groups on the basis of the recent participants' experience. The conclusions are being consolidated into our methodological books. They enable us to strengthen our knowledge and to improve the quality of our missions.
