Support to the top executive

Temporary support to the general management when the executive has to face :

  • a special difficulty, or a difficult period,
  • a strategic project,
  • a lack of experience in a particular field.

In general, SMEs are not organized to take benefit of a consultant or simply do not have the financial resources to call a consultant. Actually, the support should be given directly to the general management. The required support should be generalist, pragmatic, down to earth instead of highly technical.

The starting point of the mission is an analysis of the company’s operations in general or of a more specific field:

The operational analysis gathers the staff's energies around the project. The manager from FONTENAY MANAGERS remains at the top executive's disposal and will assist him.
