FONTENAY MANAGERS can exercise the general management of the company temporarily in case of :

  • management deficiency,
  • sale of the company, major changes,
  • turnaround,
  • restructuring.

For each of these situations, the point is to bring the company from a state A (current situation) to a state B (achievement of an objective, new top executive, resale etc.). FONTENAY MANAGERS' mission is to add value in a limited period of time. It is not simply an interim nor ordinary transitional management. Used to dealing with this kind of situation, the manager from FONTENAY MANAGERS knows how to make the company improve in the long term.

The point is to get the staff to support the project, whereas they are most of the time disturbed by the situation. Knowing how to listen to the staff, emphasizing their knowledge of the job, bringing solutions to their problem, defining reachable objectives during the time of the mission, are FONTENAY  MANAGERS' qualities.
