FONTENAY MANAGERS is a team of experienced senior executives specialized in the assistance to medium size companies.

At top management’s request or at shareholders' request, we are taking charge of the management of the company temporarily. We can also support the managers in place sometimes in emergency cases, or train the managers or start-up companies in times of high growth.

The duration of missions varies according to the needs :

  • a few days for a flash analysis to help the company identify the key issues and highlight some main lines of solutions,
  • a few weeks for an in-depth operational analysis with an action plan and figures,
  • a few months to carry out the action plan once defined and validated with the key stakeholders.

FONTENAY MANAGERS, whose origin dates back to 1989, intervenes in companies with a high growth rate, or companies that are going through a crisis (organization, management, finance,…), or turnaround  situations, which  always require a rapid, profound and durable change. We can propose a long term follow-up as an independent administrator. Finally, we can also support companies via a very quick and factual analysis of their activity (flash analysis, one or two weeks typically).

We manage our missions ourselves, as a proof of our involvement and professionalism. Through our past missions, we have become specialists to manage change. Our repeated experiences in similar situations allow quick results, whatever sector of industry is concerned. We have strong references in all types of businesses. This is the essential reason why our interventions entail a strong profitability.

We intervene in France, in Europe and sometimes overseas (e.g.  USA).

Our main clients are investment funds, industrial groups, small or medium companies with private equity, as well as institutions.

The members of our team have been selected for their multiple experiences in general management. They have demonstrated successes in dealing with difficult situations. The main objective of the missions that we manage by ourselves is :

  • to act as an intermediary or as a temporary support to the general management,
  • to motivate the existing teams,
  • to run a specific project,
  • to manage companies during difficult times,
  • and more generally to manage a profound and durable change during a critical period (merger, acquisition, growth crisis, turnaround).

Our « flash analysis » and its impact on your organization prevent a potentially critical situation to happen and allow to take precautionary measures at a low cost.
