Bertrand Piens intervenes into numerous economic sectors to follow up business creations, to follow up business plans, to participate to reorganization, to renegotiate debts, or through the angle the operational management, turnaround, growth increase. He joins FONTENAY MANAGERS in 2005.

Philosophy and ethnology degree

As a transition manager since 1989, he goes back to the USA to work as a CEO for a SME during 7 years. He becomes president of a professional American Association. Then he comes back to France as a professional transition manager, he takes control of several SMEs, and participates in several turnarounds, restructuring plans, and reorganizations.

 

Senior Executive and Associate

X (Grande Ecole of science and technology), Telecom (electronics engineering), HEC-MBA (business school).

He first leads a SME and then enters a multinational industrial group to take control of the B2B sales division in France. Then he becomes president of the same company in France including B2B and B2C sales and manufacturing. He is promoted to the European headquarters of this company to manage operations at the European level: he implements SAP in all the subsidiaries of the company, reorganizes the supply chain and the customer services. As a transition manager since 2002 (working for FONTENAY MANAGERS since 2007), he manages three heavy turnarounds, reorganizes an administrative center and leads assistance missions to managers at the international level.

 

 

Ecole Centrale de Paris (engineering school), Massachusetts Institute of Technologies.

He works as a senior executive in the industrial sector, and then as a senior executive for SMEs of 15 to 120 Million Euros turnover. He has a large experience in the automotive and engineering industries in periods of crisis, turnarounds and growth. He joins FONTENAY MANAGERS in 2007.

As a senior executive with a large experience in France and worldwide in the field of large construction projects, public services, and transports. He joins FONTENAY MANAGERS in 2008.

 

 

 

X, ENPC, ENSAE

Samer débute sa carrière chez IBM, Computervision, puis Motorola où il dirige une division au niveau européen. Il participe ensuite à la création de plusieurs entreprises, travaillant notamment sur des projets de valorisation d'actifs technologiques, sur des stratégies de vente multicanales, ainsi que sur des services sur internet. Il rejoint FONTENAY MANAGERS en 2010.

 

 

X, MBA INSEAD

Après avoir débuté chez Pechiney et à la Cogema, Hubert reprend une entreprise en LBO. Il construit sur cette base un groupe industriel par création et reprises. Il réalise ensuite des missions de retournement dans la chaudronnerie et la métallerie serrurerie décorative et rejoint FONTENAY MANAGERS en 2012.

 

 

IEP, Licence en droit Paris II

Après avoir débuté dans le secteur financier, Emmanuel a dirigé un groupe industriel de biens d'équipement de la maison. Il est intervenu dans des missions de retournement et d'amélioration de la performance dans l'industrie et dans la distribution spécialisée, avant de rejoindre FONTENAY MANAGERS en 2012.
