He first leads a SME and then enters a multinational industrial group to take control of the B2B sales division in France. Then he becomes president of the same company in France including B2B and B2C sales and manufacturing. He is promoted to the European headquarters of this company to manage operations at the European level: he implements SAP in all the subsidiaries of the company, reorganizes the supply chain and the customer services. As a transition manager since 2002 (working for FONTENAY MANAGERS since 2007), he manages three heavy turnarounds, reorganizes an administrative center and leads assistance missions to managers at the international level.
