Each mission starts with a prior analysis phase : These actions are paid according to a fixed rate. If the mission goes on, the prior analysis enables an evaluation of the level of involvement required by the mission :
A monthly fee is assessed on this basis for the rest of the mission (or very exceptionally: daily fees for short missions). The contract can include success fees assessed on measurable objectives. The duration of the missions of FONTENAY MANAGERS will be optimized in the interest of the client. |
