Launching a difficult project

The company needs to deal with a strategic project such as making a major improvement of the industrial tool, restructuring, reorganizing, implementing a new information system, implementing a merger program … and the company needs to implement these changes without any damage to the day to day activity.

Various reasons make it difficult for a SME to take the responsibility of an outstanding project :

  • The management team can be very involved in day-to-day management and may not be able to spare time to work on this task or may not have the specific skills.
  • The management team can have to work on the implementation of this new project on the field, which is highly time consuming.
  • There can be financial and cultural difficulties to find adequate specialized consultants.
